Every resident moves through a phased program that blends licensed clinical care, spiritual growth, and practical life skills — built for a 10–12 bed, trauma-informed home.
Intensive spiritual and emotional grounding. Residents focus on stability, safety, mandatory drug screenings, and building trust within the community.
Deepening clinical work, life-skills training, and spiritual formation, while residents take on greater responsibility within the home.
Full-time employment and preparation for independent living — resume building, interview training, and a transition plan for life after the program.
Every day in our home follows a consistent rhythm designed to rebuild healthy habits and restore a sense of purpose:
Residents receive the state-required 5 hours of licensed counseling every week, delivered as a low-intensity clinical integration woven directly into daily life at the home — not a separate appointment across town.
Our spiritual framework is anchored in Celebrate Recovery, a faith-based 12-step program that walks residents through healing in community with others.
Budgeting, household management, and healthy relationship skills to build a stable, independent life.
Hands-on support crafting a resume that reflects each woman's strengths and readiness to work.
Practice and coaching to walk into interviews with confidence, connected to local employers and vocational training centers.
Our residential property at 625 W. Washington St sits in the historic district of Petersburg, VA — designed to house 10–12 residents in an environment optimized for individual safety and trauma-informed care.
The home is next door to Reconciliation Fellowship Church, and close to emergency services, vocational training centers, and plentiful job opportunities — surrounding residents with the support they need at every step.
