Our Program

A structured path from crisis to independence

Every resident moves through a phased program that blends licensed clinical care, spiritual growth, and practical life skills — built for a 10–12 bed, trauma-informed home.

Phased Milestones

Three phases, one clear path forward

1

Grounding

Intensive spiritual and emotional grounding. Residents focus on stability, safety, mandatory drug screenings, and building trust within the community.

2

Growth

Deepening clinical work, life-skills training, and spiritual formation, while residents take on greater responsibility within the home.

3

Independence

Full-time employment and preparation for independent living — resume building, interview training, and a transition plan for life after the program.

Daily Structure

Structure builds the accountability recovery requires

Every day in our home follows a consistent rhythm designed to rebuild healthy habits and restore a sense of purpose:

  • Mandatory drug screenings
  • Household chores & shared responsibility
  • Life-skills classes
  • Group counseling
  • Individual counseling
  • Community worship

Clinical Care, Fully Integrated

Residents receive the state-required 5 hours of licensed counseling every week, delivered as a low-intensity clinical integration woven directly into daily life at the home — not a separate appointment across town.

Celebrate Recovery

Our spiritual framework is anchored in Celebrate Recovery, a faith-based 12-step program that walks residents through healing in community with others.

Life Skills & Employment

Preparing women for life after the program

Everyday Life Skills

Budgeting, household management, and healthy relationship skills to build a stable, independent life.

Resume Building

Hands-on support crafting a resume that reflects each woman's strengths and readiness to work.

Job Interview Training

Practice and coaching to walk into interviews with confidence, connected to local employers and vocational training centers.
