A volunteer-driven board, focused on mission over overhead
Our leadership team operates a highly efficient model, drawing on church partners, volunteers, and community mentors to keep operating costs low so more of every dollar reaches the women in our care.
We've also built strategic trust with Petersburg Courts, corrections counselors, and a strong network of local ministries and non-profits — relationships this board has cultivated from day one.
Want to get involved with our board or as a mentor?
We're always glad to hear from local churches, clinicians, and community members who share our mission.
